The Site

In the Mosaco site, there can be living (housing) units, working areas, gardens, playgrounds, kitchen, gym, farmer’s market, restaurants, cafes, ping-pong and chess tables, lounging and resting areas, even a cinema if wanted. But all the Mosaco sites are different, some have some units and the other sites have other units. A person who wants to move to Mosaco, can also decide according to what the site already has. A new unit will be added if the residents want to and vote for it on the app.

The common units are placed according to their functions. Main silent co-working area is placed on the ground level of the housing units, to keep them away from the noise and the crowd. Non-silent co-working area is placed with the gardens. Children’s area is seperate and is for children and their families. Farmer’s market, cafes and the restaurants (and all the other commercial areas the residents want to open) is open to everyone, not only to the residents. But the main common areas is mainly for the site residents.
